Intuition isn’t mysterious, and is known by the mystics, prophets, physicians, scientists, artists, and healers. In fact, everyone is intuitive. Intuition is an instinct and the best guiding force that you have. It’s a “positive” feeling unlike the “negative" voice of your inner critic. In this workshop, you will learn:
  1. How intuition, as a soft skill, is moving into the business world today as a tool to open creativity, imagination, and individual’s own natural talents. It helps us to "think out of the box."  
  2. How synchronicity can make things happen in your life easier and faster.
  3. How intuition can enhance your confidence and personal power.

Healing Your Wounded Heart


This seminar designed for people who have a pattern of attracting painful love. How and why you got involved, why you’re still there, the path to wholeness, and opening your heart to healthy love. It's important for you to know that you don't have to leave your love-hurts partnership to do this work. However, if you've already left your relationship you'll be able to throw off any emotional baggage you may still be carrying.   
  1. You’ll learn the difference between Love and Addiction
  2. Breaking the Love-Hurts Pattern
  3. Characteristics of unhealthy love and create the relationship that you want.

Would You Rather Go Bungee Jumping than Dare to Love Again?


In order to open your heart to love again, you have to identify and face your relationships fears. Understandably, after having one or more love-hurt relationships you feel the need to protect yourself from further pain. Perhaps you no longer trust yourself and others. The goal is conquest your fears.
  1. You’ll learn the first step to healing. 
  2. Ways to manage Your Fears.
  3. You‘ll learn about your disguised your fears.
  4. The benefit of forgiving is for you to heal and move on in your life.

A Life Worth Breathing

2 hours  all levels

This special workshop is focused on lifting us up from burn-out and re-igniting the inner fire, transforming depression into inspiration and anger into courage.  This workshop is known for its healing, penetrating affect, leaving students feeling renewed and open.   In this special workshop we will begin with a talk by Max based on ideas from his new book.  This will be followed by the integration of breathing exercises and gentle movement.  The final segment of the workshop will focus on simple chants unfolding into a transformational meditation.

Strength, Grace, and Healing

2 hours  all levels

The intent of yoga is not only to increase our strength and flexibility, but also to promote health and vitality.  The next layer is to transform our behavior from coarse to gracious, and to transform even our very thoughts, from chaos to beauty.  Experience Max Strom’s unique prana-flow class, with emphasis on emotional transformation. Class will include a short talk, vinyasa-flow, non-dogmatic philosophy, breathing, and meditation.

Bio

Born with severe clubbed feet, Max Strom spent much of the first six years of his life with his feet confined in plaster casts and braces.  Today, he is known for inspiring and impacting the lives of his students and has become one of the most respected teachers of personal transformation and yoga worldwide, guiding his students to grow into happier, healthier, and empowered human beings. Bring an easy lunch, water, yoga mat and a beach towel.
Mats are available for purchase at the studio.

We'll take a moderate hike, do some yoga at our destination.
Enjoy beautiful views, Breathe Fresh air ...Aaaahhhh!

Keep in mind that we will be hiking!
This means we will travel on foot over uneven terrain
and you may be hiking up and down hills. Expect to sweat a little.

Contact us before the day of hike,
let us know your coming and how many people will be hiking
with you so we can plan accordingly.

Meet at PBY 8:30am for a 9:00am departure.
We return about 3:30-5:30pm depending on destination.
